New Royal Mail & Parcelforce Integration

As you may know, Royal Mail and Parcelforce are currently undergoing a transition initiative known as "Building the Future," which involves merging the two estates.

Required Action

As a part of this initiative, all Parcelforce customers who ship with Royal Mail are required to:

1. Move all of your volume to your Royal Mail integration on ShipStation and discontinue using the current Parcelforce integration.
2. In order to make this transition, you will need to sign a new Parcelforce agreement. Upon doing so, these services will automatically appear within your Royal Mail account.

As a mutual ShipStation and Parcelforce customer, please complete this required transition by 31 December 2025, as the current Parcelforce integration will be retired and cease to function after this date.
